FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Ambulance Corp. PraisedAndersen Commends Ambulance Corp. Today's Date -- June 29, 2007 The State of Florida Department of Health recently conducted an unannounced random inspection of the Key Largo Volunteer Ambulance Corp. (KLVAC). KLFR&EMS District Chairman, Bill Andersen commended the KLVAC for receiving a 100% rating during the State Inspection by the Emergency Medical Services Division. The report stated the department had “Excellent Inspection -- Excellent personnel records . . . Excellent Medical Direction . . . Excellent Medical Records … Excellent Medical Direction." The report went on to state "The citizens and Visitors of Key Largo and Monroe County can be proud of this well-run professional service.” The division identified no deficiencies in the following areas: Personnel Record Inspection Service Records and Facilities Inspection BLS Vehicle Inspection ALS Vehicle Inspection Equipment Test Results Inspection
The report also stated

Monroe County can be proud of this well-run professional service. Good
job!!!”
